Vanilla

Description

This is a rich dark bottle of hand made vanilla extract. I used Appleton Estate Signature Jamaican Rum for the extraction which gives a deep layered flavor rather than the typical vodka or bourbon extractions. These are beans from Madagascar. I made this based on a recipe from a Jamaican friend I used to live next door to a long time ago who made their own vanilla with rum. The flavor was amazing. Perfect for your holiday baking or for you to decorate and give as a nice handmade gift.
