We do not ship to the state of Louisiana.

Please review the shipping information below. Once your order has shipped we will email you a tracking confirmation (**If you do not receive a tracking number please be sure to check your spam mail folder in your email account**).

Please allow 24 hours for processing.

Orders will be shipped within 24 business hours.

**Your shipment will arrive in a plain box with a shipping label. The contents are NOT displayed. Rest assured your shipment is discreet.

We ship Internationally except to Australia, Romania, AND The Netherlands.

Standard Return Policy

Items sold by MushroomVoice are consumables and are not returnable. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacements we will send a replacement or refund. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement,we can issue a refund. Please keep in mind that if you decide to return our product you are required to pay for all shipping costs.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging or additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us.

To Address An Issue Or Return a Product

Please complete the following:

  • Please message MushroomVoice using the small chat feature button on the bottom right of the home page. If you are not answered right away, your message will be answered within a few hours and it will go to email. If you want you can call (470) 227-0997 and leave a message. Please include your original order number, what product(s) you have an issue with and your name.
  • If you decide to return your items, wrap the package carefully. All return products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
  • Return the product using your preferred shipping method to our address.
  • Save your return tracking number, and if possible, e-mail it to us so we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
  • Please note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling.
